Sales/Business Development Manager

New Client Acquisition and VMS/MSP Expansion

Nurses 24/7 & Co is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of expanding our direct client base and VMS/MSP partnerships into new markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our healthcare staffing services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our existing Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships, opening opportunities in previously untapped markets.

Responsibilities: :

  • New Client Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify and research potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other medical institutions.
    • Build and nurture needs and relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Conduct in-depth sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to secure new client partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to develop compelling proposals that showcase our unique value proposition and address client pain points.
    • Participate and collaborate for RFPs and RFQs at a company level
  • VMS/MSP Expansion:
    • Strengthen existing VMS/MSP partnerships through regular communication and strategic account management.
    • Identify opportunities to expand VMS/MSP partnerships into new geographic areas or untapped markets.
    • Collaborate with VMS/MSP partners to create joint business plans, aligning goals and driving mutual success.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats or opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, demand patterns, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Utilize market intelligence to develop data-driven strategies for expanding our direct client base and VMS/MSP partnerships.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting results regularly to the executive team.
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation and planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales/business development within the healthcare staffing industry, with a focus on new client acquisition and VMS/MSP partnerships.

Strong network and existing relationships with healthcare organizations and VMS/MSP partners is a plus.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve business objectives.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
